Welcome to Dhara Resort & Convention. By booking a stay, attending an event, or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment as per the resort’s booking policy.
• Guests must provide accurate personal and payment details. Any fraudulent or false information may result in cancellation.
• Tariffs and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Dhara Resort & Convention follows a 24-hour check-in and check-out policy from the time of arrival.
• Early check-in and late check-out beyond the 24-hour window may be chargeable and subject to availability.

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the check-in date to be eligible for a refund.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of advance payment.
• Refund timelines may vary based on payment mode.

• Guests are expected to use resort facilities responsibly and with respect for other guests.
• Dhara Resort & Convention is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Any damage caused to property by guests will be charged accordingly.

• Event bookings require a signed agreement and advance deposit.
• External vendors must be pre-approved by management.
• The resort reserves the right to decline or cancel events that may disrupt other guests or violate policies.

• Guests are requested to maintain decorum and follow all resort rules.
• Illegal activities, offensive behavior, or violation of local laws will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

• Dhara Resort & Convention shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, natural calamities, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
